About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct insurance risk surveys for diverse projects such as engineering, civil works, energy and infrastructure.
• Assist in preparing risk assessment reports and recommendations for underwriting decisions
• Support senior surveyors and technical directors in site inspections, data collection, and analysis
• Contribute to the design of risk mitigation strategies that meet client needs and industry best practice
• Participate in claims assessment to support accurate underwriting and efficient claims management
• Engage in capacity building and technical advisory services for clients and partners
Requirements
Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fire Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
At least a minimum of a Credit classification in the degree
Age limit: 30 years maximum
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Demonstrated interest in risk management, insurance, and engineering applications
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
High levels of integrity, curiosity, and willingness to learn
